The conference is part of the BMFTR-funded Gender Equitable Interactions Online (GEiO) project – a four- country study (Germany, Iceland, Spain and the UK) exploring how gender shapes participation, visibility and influence in online work meetings. It is a hybrid event.
The event will explore issues of equity, power and participation in online meetings – themes we think will resonate strongly with your areas of interest and work. Discussions will focus on how digital platforms shape voice, visibility, and inclusion, and what that means for practice, policy and future research. The conference is a significant academic event that brings together scholars, researchers and industry to engage in meaningful discussions and showcase our research advancements and new e-learning module.
