The event allows you to get to know the research infrastructure OPERAS (open scholarly communication in the european research area for social scie nces and humanities) and our activities better, and to contribute your needs and impressions with regards to the Open Access transformation and to interact with the responsible people of the services. This way, we would like to include and collect input from different actors in the field in Germany in future developments from the beginning.

PLUS Workshops: Between 1:30-3:00 pm CEST, you can additionally register for one of the following workshops for free:

1) Workshop 1: Peer review of open access books – increasing transparency using the OPERAS Certification service (with Pierre Mounier and Niels Stern from DOAB)

2) Workshop 2: GOTRIPLE Trust Building System (TBS) /Community guidelines co-design (with Maxime Bouillard and Gael van Weyenbergh from MEOH/TRIPLE)

3) Workshop 3: Data Feminism meets Citizen Science: jeder darf forschen? (mit Jana Keck vom DHI Washington)

The number of participants for each workshop is limited, so we would advise you to register early. The event will be held in both English and German, is free and open to all those interested in Open Access and Open Science.
